MAREMMA / GREAT PYRENEES LGD PUP! 14 weeks old and very well started for sale in Cave Junction, Oregon

If you raise livestock, you already know the value of having guardians to watch over them when you are not around. We had a litter of 12 gorgeous pups born in March -- I currently have only one male available -- he is pure white, had a deposit on him early on, but folks are ending up giving up ranching. He is a GREAT pup -- very big, with a super outgoing, confident personality. I seriously debated whether or not to keep or not (turns out this is just not a good time for me to try to re-arrange goats and dogs). Anyway, he was born in the goat pen, and has been learning the ropes from his amazing sire and dam -- they are both great guardians!
The sire is a big, beautiful, double registered Maremma, dam is 20% Great Pyrenees, 80% Maremma - a proven, dependable cross.
I have bred and raised LGD's for 25 years and am more than happy to provide references from folks who have my stock. I guarantee my pups to be everything they are bred to be - loyal guardians with amazingly kind personalities.
This pup is going to be a big boy -- last year's litter had pups that were 90 - 100# by the time they were 6 months old -- pictures of two of those pups are attached to this posting. The grand-dam lived to be 16 years old, and was completely healthy and strong until she had a stroke and we lost her. Pretty amazing, especially for such big dogs!
He has had age appropriate worming and shots completed, and come ready to be with your livestock, or become loving family dogs. Keep in mind that they are working dogs, and that they will need a job to do, whether it be guarding your livestock or your family. They have been exposed to horses, cats, poultry, and of course, goats. I had kids born when the pups were about 6 weeks old, and they all joined in cleaning up the kids and the doe -- pretty amazing to watch their instincts kick in.
Picture with the goats was taken about a week ago, and some of the other photos were taken when the pups were only 5 or 6 weeks old. Pictures are of these pups, their sire and dam and another of two pups from last year's litter.
